Rob Roach: Managing Director
Rob is a meticulous, thorough and conscientious manager with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry gained in a variety of sectors.
Rob started his career as an apprentice surveyor in civil engineering attaining ONC and HNC qualifications and then completed his Degree in construction management. Rob continued in to the construction sector where he became a project manager for a major construction group until his appointment as a contracts manager with a major London based Construction Company.
Rob takes a pro-active approach to management where he can oversee and control projects to ensure Bedaro deliver projects of the highest quality snag free time after time.
Rob is a great source of knowledge when alternative materials or methods are required. Rob will ensure that there are no surprises his commercial overview ensures full transparency throughout.
Damian Clarke: Construction Director
Damian is a dedicated and experienced Leader with over 10 years in the construction industry; he has gained valuable experience in major construction and has worked predominately within the fit out and refurbishment sector.
Damian started his career as an Apprentice Joiner completing his City and Guilds qualification and furthering his education through to ONC and HNC in general building studies and later NEBOSH. Damian was a director at a small construction company before joining Bedaro.
Damian is a strong motivator and leader; he leads by example and possesses strong communication skills. Damian has a can do attitude and drive, he possesses a will to succeed that sees projects completed to the highest quality.
Damian has been instrumental in launching Bedaro’s “Safety by Nature” health and safety initiative.
Paul Brannan: Commercial Director
Paul is Commercial Manager with 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across several sectors including residential, commercial, retail and industrial.
His career started as trainee QS with a regional contractor (where he achieved his degree in Quantity Surveying), specialising in new build and refurbishment residential projects. Paul’s development within the industry led him to working on multi-million pound hospital projects to very low value bank refurbishment schemes. Most recently, Paul was Commercial Manager for a major construction company working with Marks & Spencer where he managed the delivery of several major and complex refurbishment schemes as well as new build (Simply Food) stores.
